Sherburn Church of England VC Primary school and Luttons Community Primary School are part of The Wolds and Vale Federation, and are governed by The Wolds and Vale Governing Body.
The Purpose of the Governing Body
The Governing Body is the school's accountable body. It is responsible for the conduct of the school and for promoting high standards. The Governing Body aims to ensure that children are attending a successful school which provides them with a good education and supports their well-being.

The Wolds and Vale Federation governance arrangements 2021/22
The instrument of Government is a legal document that outlines the number and type of governors for The Wolds and Vale Federation. The Wolds and Vale Federation started on 1st November 2016 and has eleven Governors, who each serve a 4 year term of office, unless re-elected.
